Chef Salvador Sevilla has a broad and various university education. Among others, he holds a degree in Tourism Management, is a graduate in Formation of Chefs, Quality control of Food, food & beverage management, and has studied flavor principles of the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia cuisines. He was also a professor in cuisine technologies at universities in Mexico.

He has a great working experience as Chef de Partie, Executive Sub chef, Executive Chef from numerous and well known high standard hotels. Chef Salvador Sevilla is the owner of HHCHEF company dedicated to gastronomic consultancy.
