Together with one of his brothers, Chef Roberto Petersen founded Los Petersen Cocineros, and for more than 20 years both of them have dedicated their lives to Haute cuisine. At present, he is committed to three well-defined areas: restaurants, event catering and show business.

He manages four restaurants located in distinguished places within the city of Buenos Aires including the main Restaurant at the largest and most important exhibition center in Argentina, La Rural.

In the area of catering, since 1992, he reaches more than five million homes in Argentina, South America and other Spanish speaking countries through the TV channels Utilísima -Fox Latin America. His program is broadcasted in the States through DTV and it is also shown in Spain through Cableuropa.

Los Petersen’s name has become a synonym of haute cuisine.
