After finishing High School, Chef Leonardo Jaciuk decided to start a bachelor in culinary arts at Mariano Moreno Institute and in 1998, he took a Postgrade at the “Pastry Master Chef Union”, one of the most recognized schools in Buenos Aires. As time went by, Leonardo developed his own culinary style and became Chef de Cuisine of Rix famous restaurant.

His great opportunity came when Mrs. Mirtha Legrand, one of the most famous celebrities in Argentina, hired him for cooking in her exclusive TV show.

During the following hard working years, he began traveling to Spain in order to gain more experience in Spanish Cuisine. He worked in several restaurants including Casino de Madrid 1 Michelin star, Kukuarri NH- Aranzazu San Sebastian (mentioned the best new restaurant 2006), and La Perdiz NH Abascal.

Since 2002 Leo is in charge of the fires at the NH – City & Tower Hotel with 50 co-workers providing services to 400 rooms, 2 restaurants, 2 breakfast buffet, one swimming pool, 2 bars and 12 event rooms.

He actually has moved to Mar del Plata City to be part of the Grand Opening of the majestic NH Gran hotel Provincial located right on the seafront. The hotel is part of a twin-building urban complex with 500 guestrooms distributed in about 70,000 square meters. The Congress and convention Center are ready to welcome up to 12.000 people at reception-cocktail service.
