For about ten years, Chef Francisco Valero has been Production Manager and Chef Executive for "Alimentos y Servicios S.A” (Food and Services), an enterprise of the D&S group representing a Chain of 110 supermarkets, where preparations such as stews, pizzas, fresh pasta, cooked meats and stuffed dishes (about 15,000 daily units) are made and sold. Furthermore, from their Central Kitchen, this company delivers the meals for the working staff (cook & chill system), which equals approximately 14,000 daily servings. This central kitchen also produces daily 6 tons of foods for the food service of school children in Chile, cook & chill and sous–vide processed.
