Since Fabrice Roy joined the Company in 1984 to work as Financial Analyst at the second largest Cryovac Manufacturing unit worldwide in Epernon, France, he has held a number of various positions. Among others : Financial Services Manager, Market Manager Dairy Products France, and in 1992 he took over the role of European Product Manager for the Cryovac Laminates product range.

In 1996, he was appointed Sales Director Cryovac France, Benelux and Switzerland and in 1998, he was in charge of coordinating the Cryovac activity with global customers worldwide.

In 2000, Fabrice Roy took over the responsibility of Marketing for Cryovac Europe and he became Executive Director in charge of worldwide Ready Meals, Bakery, Pizza and Produce markets in 2006.
