Chef Christophe Larrat did his apprenticeship in south-west France with the Darroze family. He then joined Alain Ducasse to open a restaurant in the center of Paris. Later on, Christophe Larrat, within the Troisgros group, worked in the role of Ambassador Chef during several years carrying out various missions, among others, in Moscow and Tokyo. In 2004 he came back to the Alain Ducasse group and is now the Executive Chef of Alain Ducasse’s Culinary School training center in Paris.
